Set up a $75 free shipping progress bar
Shipping eligibility comes from WooCommerce.
Where to set the threshold
- Open WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping zones.
- Edit the relevant delivery zone.
- Add or edit the native Free shipping method.
- Choose “A minimum order amount” and enter 75 in your store currency.
- Choose whether the minimum is checked before coupon discounts.
- Save the shipping method. In CartSprig → Settings, enable shipping progress.
Before or after coupons?
WooCommerce’s “Apply minimum order rule before coupon discount” setting controls this. When checked, a $75 basket can meet the threshold before its coupon. When unchecked, a $10 discount on a $75 basket leaves $65 toward the threshold. CartSprig follows that native method setting and the store’s tax-display basis.
Different zones can have different targets
A customer’s destination selects the shipping zone. Progress may change when the address changes. The final shipping options at checkout are authoritative. If your method requires both a minimum spend and a free-shipping coupon, the message includes the coupon requirement.
When the bar is hidden
CartSprig does not display a spend bar for carts without shipping, multiple shipping packages, a changed currency, or a zone with no supported native Free shipping method. Third-party table-rate or advanced shipping rules need a dedicated adapter.
Does CartSprig grant free shipping?
No. It displays progress and eligibility from WooCommerce. It does not create a shipping method, set its price or alter your shipping rules.
